Kendall Flutey (Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Kahungunu, Rangitāne) was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu in 2025. In this role, Kendall is responsible for leading a range of teams which provide whānau-facing services and shared services that support a variety of kaupapa across Te Rūnanga group.
Since joining Air New Zealand in 2021 as Chief Digital Officer, Nikhil has overseen the airline's COVID restart programme, and led major advances in its technology backbone, loyalty programme and customer platforms, driving greater innovation and resilience through a period of industry disruption and rapid change.
Lucy and her co-founder built Contented on the belief that conversations are one of the most underutilised resources in business. They bootstrapped the business to $1M revenue in less than a year before raising investment, and today more than 400 companies use Contented to turn conversations into powerful documentation.
Helen is an experienced leader with a passion for driving growth and impact for New Zealand businesses expanding overseas. She leads Halter’s commercial strategy, playing an integral role in its impressive international expansion.
